Kriega US-Drypacks on Ducati DesertX

Our Ducati DesertX Top luggage rack has predrilled holes for standard Kriega OS-rack loops or OS-rack loops KTM fit.
OS-Rack loops can be bolted on the underside of the rack.
Standard Kriega OS-rack loops come with Kriega bespoke flat head bolt which can be replaced with M6 buttonhead bolt. OS-rack loops KTM fit come with M6 bolt which can be used to bolt the rack loops on the underside of the rack.
Depending on the bag and the orientation, rack loops can be installed in several positions.
To keep the bolt from unscrewing, it may be a good idea to use safety nut on the underside, like shown on the photo.
With OS-rack loops installed like this, it is easy and quick to install one of the US-Drypacks on the rack.
Perfect to carry tools, rain suit and few other bits and pieces.
In my opinion, perpendicular orientation works best...
...but some prefer longitudinal orientation.
Very versatile bag. It can accept a lot of luggage, but still it's not too big and bulky.
Of course, longitudinal installation is possible too.
Largest Drypack bag. Suitable for longer multi-day trips.
Or longitudinal.
All of these bags fit the DesertX perfectly andbag choice depends only on the riders needs.
